Mock Trial

About

What is Mock Trial:

Mock Trial is a fun, challenging activity where students put on court trial simulations in competition with teams from other schools. Students will have the opportunity to perform trials as an attorney and/or witness. Whether you want to develop public speaking, hone critical thinking & analyzing skills, brush up your acting skills, gain knowledge of legal procedures, or just want to make lifelong friends - this is an organization for you!

What is AMTA:

The American Mock Trial Association (AMTA) sponsers regional and national mock trial competitions. AMTA writes and distributes case packets and rules. Periodically throughout the competition year, AMTA will release case changes. Over 350 American colleges and over 5,300 undergraduate students compete under AMTA each year.
